The venue was cosy, I enjoyed the stay and the location was strategic really close to Carolus Thermen. The beds were big, I slept well. Excellent service, brilliant staff.

Wi-Fi was rather slow; very basic breakfast, a little disappointed.

We loved every detail about our fantastic stay here during 1 night. We had the double room which was gorgeous and warm. Handy location, a short walk to Farwick Park. Hotel's restaurant was amazing and with quality food👍

The place was spotless, staff was best. The continental breakfast was the best part of our extra special stay. Loved its pool, it was excellent plus the weather was sunny. Bottled drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

I enjoyed the property and outstanding rooms and staff. The room I booked was cleaned and available with terrace and balcony too. They offered wake up service at no cost too. It was a really comfortable stay, comfy place.

easy base for discovering aachen. the beds and pillow were comfortable. moreover, there is a parking onsite. it offers excellent prices.
